How many tortillas are in a pack?
Our 7" tortillas come in four-packs. Each pack includes 8 tortillas. That's 32 tortillas per four-pack. Our new Street Taco sized 5" tortillas also come in four-packs. Each pack includes 12 tortillas. That's 48 street tacos per four-pack.

Where's my bread?
We ship our tortillas fresh on Mondays and Tuesdays and, depending on where you're located, we generally allow 5-8 business days before we get worried. If your bread is late - or later than you think it should be - please let us know. Send an email to:

How do I store my EZ Oats?
Storage is super easy. If you want to keep them in the fridge, they'll last up to 60 days. And if you store them in the freezer, they're good up to 1 year. And when it's time to use them, just let them thaw on the counter for a couple of minutes and you're good to go!

How do I cook my EZ Oats?
There are a few ways to cook them. Our preferred method is to heat them in a pan or directly over the flame on a gas stove for about 1 minute per side. We move them around and switch sides a couple of times to make sure they don't burn - but sometimes a little char is tasty. We've also cooked them in the microwave, wrapped in a moist paper towel. Normal setting for 30 seconds is more than enough.

Why do we have to pay for shipping?
You don't! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Our goal is to one day reach a level where we can provide free shipping on every order. But as a very small company with limited resources, this is how we have to do business for now. We always recommend that people stock up and save! Buy two orders and store your tortillas in the freezer; they'll be good for about a year.

What's your return policy?

Why is my refund taking so long?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

What about exchanging my product?
